Pets Wonderland has successfully harnessed the interest of the media through PR activities, with constant extensive media coverage. All major local newpapers and television networks, and international names including Disney and Bloomberg, have featured Pets Wonderland.

Pets Wonderland has worked with Buena Vista Columbia Pictures on movies that have companion animals or reptiles, including Snow Dogs, The Animal and Anaconda.

Pets Wonderland also participates in joint promotional programmes with Jaya Jusco, OCBC and Maybank, and conducts events in major shopping malls, often in conjuction with the Malaysia Kennel Association and cat clubs.

Pets Wonderland's loyalty program, “PCM” rewards customers with savings, regular updating of the latest product offerings and trends. PCM offers a long-term, personal relationship and builds brand loyalty.
