Pets Wonderland recently became a member of the Malaysian Franchise Association, with an aim to begin franchise activities in 2005 throughout Asia. With pet ownership in Asia growing by 20-25% a year, the future of the pet industry is enormous. South-East Asia alone has a RM1.5 billion pet industry. The majority of independent pet retailers in Asia lack the expertise as the pet retail business is technically complex and can be expensive if a trial and error process is adopted. Pets Wonderland is one of the largest pet superstore retail chains in Asia with a proven track record.

New products are constantly being introduced, the latest being Pets Wonderland's own branded cat litter with potential for export.
