Pets Wonderland's biggest achievement is to revolutionise the pet industry in Malaysia and set standards for others to follow.

• It was the first pet store chain to be located in premier shopping malls where customers can conveniently shop, bring their pets for grooming or a vet check up
• The first to invest RM1 million in fitout for one pet store, with a prototype store designed to  have a clear, vibrant, informative and exciting look. Stores having a floor space of 6,000 to 10,000 square feet
• The first to be a one stop pet superstore with fish, dogs, cats, small animals and related food and accessories with over 15,000 products
• The first to introduce a pets loyalty programme, “Privilege Card Member” or PCM specifically targeting serious pet owners
• The first to have resident veterinarians to offer vet consultation and grooming services

Pets Wonderland opened its fourth superstore at the 1-Utama Shopping Centre, with the others being at Mid Valley Megamall, Great Eastern Mall and Subang Parade. The passion and love for the pets continues to drive improvement levels, with the 1-Utama store having pets in a natural environment, again a first. Dogs are kept in large glass pens running alongside a garden. All enclosures have air-conditioning, a fan and natural sunlight.
