Pets Wonderland's biggest achievement is to revolutionise the pet industry in Malaysia and set standards for others to follow.

• It was the first pet store chain to be located in premier shopping malls where customers can conveniently shop, bring their pets for grooming or a professional health consultation by our well-known veterinarians.
• The first to invest RM1 million in fitout for one pet store, with a prototype store designed to have a clear, vibrant, informative and exciting look. Stores having a floor space of 6,000 to 10,000 square feet
• The first to be a one stop pet superstore with fish, dogs, cats, small animals and related food and accessories with over 15,000 products
• The first to introduce a pets loyalty programme, “Privilege Card Member” or PCM specifically targeting the pet owners
• The first to have resident veterinarians to offer vet consultation and grooming services

Currently, Pets Wonderland continues to operate in both strategic locations in the Mid Valley Megamall, as well as the Great Eastern Mall on Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. Our passion and love for the pets continues to drive improvement levels to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
